“Very clean, easy parking, nice neighborhood. Grocery store nearby, 25 min drive to downtown Savannah. Can be tough to find, can’t see the house number from the street so look for sign for the correct parking lot and need to walk between the houses to find the right one. Need to furnish your own dishwasher and laundry soap. ”

“The kitchen was fully stocked; unfortunately, we were only there for really a full 24 hours, so we didn't use it. We did use the washer/dryer. Only thing I can suggest to other patrons, please adhere to the noise policy of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. We had new patrons in the apartment above us the day after we arrived and it was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. I didn't know how to inform the staff of this issue and not really sure what could have been done, but I'm grateful we had one night of...

“Our vacation in Savannah and Tybee Island was absolutely wonderful. Savannah is full of charm, beautiful historic streets, amazing architecture, and warm Southern hospitality. “We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, on a quiet street, had plenty of room, and a nicely stocked kitchen. We love to cook on vacation so it was perfect. The location also was perfect. About 10 minutes from downtown, a quick ride to Tybee island, and a convenient Walmart and Publix right down the road. The neighbors we met were also really nice. We would definitely stay there again when we go back to Savannah. Many thanks to our hosts!”

“The cost of the hotel was very reasonable for the size of the unit. The kitchen had everything that we needed, and the bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. The beds were pretty comfortable. The only thing I would nitpick about the hotel are the pillows, they were too soft for us. Even after stacking them, our heads would pretty much be on the mattress after a few hours. Overall the hotel was great, I would just suggest bringing along a pillow you like (if possible).”

“What a gem! Location was excellent to just park and send the days walking around. We were able to find street parking right in front and just paid for each day through the park Savannah app and nights are free. Plenty of space and overall excellent value. ”

The location is fantastic, parking is extremely tight, wasn’t very clean, ceiling fans are completely covered in thick dust, super low water pressure in showers, zero communication regarding where and how to check (I only knew because of reviews), and there is no elevator for those who would need it. Overall, our stay was ok. Wouldn’t stay again for the price.”

“What a beautiful house! It is obviously very old, but updated quite nicely. And it was so nice for almost every room to have its own bathroom. It is also a great central location - a short walk one way to the river and a short walk the other way towards Forsythe Park. Having a dedicated parking spot was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Poor water flow upstairs, downstairs toilet wasn’t working great. washing machine leaked (think the seal is worn on it) and filters for ac where not the greatest for air flow (my husband changed the one upstairs) and garbage around outside smelled really bad, but with the heat I know that doesn’t help. Overall we had a great experience and we would stay there again. ”
